Upwards of 22 million families have been enrolled across Punjab under the Naya Pakistan National Health Card (NPNHC) program which has been begun with an expected expense of Rs400 billion.

Such a long ways around 64,000 emergency clinic beds have been enrolled for the plans in 593 emergency clinics out of which 70% are public clinics. Subsequent to reviewing clinical offices under the NPNHC at a private clinic on Saturday, Special Assistant to the CM on Information Hassaan Khawar said it is the greatest medical coverage program being carried out in South Asia. It is one of its sort social government assistance program on the planet.
